- Photos of the damage
- The address, city and ZIP code where your vehicle will be, and your preferred day and time
- How you plan to pay, your insurance company if you choose to tell us, how you heard about us, and any notes
You may also call, text or email us directly.
How we use it
- To prepare your quote and order the right glass
- To call or text you about your request and schedule the service
- To do the job at your location and follow up afterward
- To keep basic business records and see which channels bring us customers
We do not sell your personal information.
Who helps us
We use a few service providers to run this website and our business. They only process information to provide their service to us:
- Airtable hosts our quote form and stores the information you submit.
- Cloudflare hosts and delivers this website.
- Google Fonts, cdnjs and OpenStreetMap provide the fonts, map code and map images on the page. Your browser connects to them directly, so they receive standard technical information such as your IP address.
- Payment processors handle card and Zelle payments. We do not store full card numbers.
Cookies
This website does not use its own advertising or analytics cookies. Third-party services embedded on the page, such as the quote form, may set their own cookies. If we add advertising or analytics tools, we will update this policy.
How long we keep it
We keep quote and job records for as long as we need them to serve you and for our business and tax records.
